Practice, Quality and Safeguards Officer – Reportable Incidents

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a detail-oriented PQS Officer experienced in supporting organisational compliance with regards to NDIS Reportable Incidents and possesses a solid understanding of Positive Behaviour Support including Restrictive Practices to join our Practice, Quality and Safeguards team. The responsibilities of the position include:
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
· 5+ years’ industry experience and expertise in managing incidents and understanding of restrictive practices in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and legislative requirements, including a solid understanding of contemporary issues in relation to all forms of abuse, assault, and neglect regarding adults with disability.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
· Highly developed organisation skills and ability to manage a high-volume and diverse workload, and the ability to manage competing demands and to meet deadlines.
· Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail and demonstrated experience of timely and accurate data management across systems.
