Overview

As a Fabricator you will work closely with the engineering and quality teams to fabricate and assemble standard as well as custom-engineered products and systems.Β 

Responsibilities

  • Have knowledge of standard wiring procedures which includes wire routing, stripping, crimping of lugs, torque terminal blocks per specification andΒ proper wire termination
  • Perform mechanical tasks such as measuring, cutting, drilling, and basic assembly work
  • Route, fasten and interconnect components (i.e. resistors, diodes, capacitors, transistors) to specified contact points following wiring diagrams to form circuit wiring
  • Fabricate control panels according to specifications, including layout, physical mounting and wiring terminations of components
  • Be proficient with hand and power tools such as drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, pliers, etc
  • Work in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA and company safety procedures
  • Performs other duties, tasks and special projects as assigned by the Operations Manager

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Able to work overtime as required
  • Able to work in a warehouse environment including varying temperatures, noise levels, repetitive tasks and fast pace.Β 
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background screen
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Self-Motivated
  • Be able to withstand prolonged sitting and standing
  • Be able to safely lift up to 75 lbs
