Purpose of Role: Our Inside Sales role is responsible for facilitating the interworking's of our regional sales team. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task in a dynamic environment with the requirement to switch between responsibilities fluidly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Focus Area: Acknowledging customer inquiries, reviewing with internal stakeholders, and submitting quotations based on established pricing protocols. Upon receipt of purchase order from customer the order is to be processed internally. Several key accounts use procurement portals for interaction with their suppliers and these portals must be reviewed and updated consistently.
Focus Area: Generate and modify customer Open Order Reports on a regular basis in preparation for procurement update meetings with internal and external stakeholders. This will require interaction with Inventory, Supply Chain, and respective warehouses to receive information regarding order planning and logistics scheduling.
Focus Area: Assisting with the resolutions of financial issues stemming from the processing of customer orders as a result of internal or external audit functions.
Focus Area: Assisting local and regional management with expected input and output revenue data as required on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of SAP (ECC) is a must and will be treated as the single largest qualifying aspect of a candidates application.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite of products; particularly Outlook and Excel.
Have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment with the requirement to switch between responsibilities fluidly and effectively. Must be able to build excellent interpersonal relationships with colleagues on the sales team, and in other areas, to efficiently respond to customer demands.
Candidates with a post-secondary education in business, engineering, or relevant industry experience will considered highly favourable.
