Job Description

We are looking for a Kitchen assistant to join the team at Cafe located in Urquhart Castle, Castle in Loch Ness, Scotland operated by Benugo. 

About the role:

• Food preparation, including baking and cooking 
• Stock rotation and food labelling
• General cleaning duties, including as the Kitchen Porter duties 
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
• Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Kitchen Assistant or Commis Chef within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
