π The RoleΒ Β
Weβre on the lookout for a Junior People Advisor to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some advisory experience whoβs ready to broaden their HR knowledge across Recruitment, HR, and Talent Development. Youβll get hands-on experience working with different areas of the People Team while developing your skills in a collaborative environment.Β
What youβll be getting up to:Β Β
- Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring weβre in line with UK employment law.Β Β
- Supporting Employee Relations cases (grievances, disciplinaries, absence management).Β Β
- Getting involved in recruitment β from sourcing candidates to arranging interviews and onboarding new joiners.Β Β
- Helping to shape and support talent development initiatives, making sure our people have the tools to grow.Β Β
- Keeping HR records up to date and making sure weβre working efficiently behind the scenes.Β Β
- Contributing to exciting HR projects across the team!Β Β
Youβll be a great fit it:Β Β
- Some experience in employee relations β you might have supported ER cases or advised managers in a previous role.Β Β
- A good understanding of UK employment law (doesnβt have to be expert level, but youβre keen to learn more!).Β
- Previous experience in a HR role.Β Β
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Β Β
- A keen interest in growing across different areas of HR.Β
