Executive Report Analyst

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 / yr. 

Join our dynamic team and take part in delivering data-driven insights that empower executive-level decision-making. As an Executive Reporting Analyst, you will design, develop, and maintain advanced reporting solutions that support business performance and decision-making. Using Power BI and other tools, you’ll provide insights through detailed data analysis and drive improvements across data processes, pipelines, and reporting workflows.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize executive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives to support strategic decision-making.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets, improving data pipelines for efficiency and conducting quick ad-hoc analysis to deliver actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the creation, monitoring, and measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Leverage relevant metrics, financial forecasting, reporting, and data analysis to track business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional to identify challenges, communicate insights, and develop data-driven solutions that enhance organizational performance.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows, streamline reporting processes, and enhance data integrity, improving the timeliness and scalability of reporting outputs.
  • Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and governance frameworks. Maintain comprehensive documentation for reporting processes, data models, and business intelligence workflows.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, or related data modeling and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to optimize data pipelines and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and driven to innovate and grow.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and new technologies.
