Insignis Cash is a fast-growing FinTech firm looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Adviser Services team. We are continuing to see unprecedented growth, making now the perfect time to join our driven team.

You will be joining a London-based team, supporting the Account Management function, by working directly with Financial Advisors and their clients. The high-performance team thrives in an environment built upon collaboration and accountability. Role Responsibilities

  • Work with the Account Management team to ensure the customer's needs are met and ensure communication is maintained, to the highest standard.
  • Supporting Account Managers with sales initiatives and completing enquiries correctly and efficiently.
  • Own client applications, manage their requirements, and close cases that come into the Account Management team.
  • Direct communication with Financial Advisors and clients, as required by email, on Teams, or over the phone.
  • Generating pre-sales materials to help discussions between the Account Manager and Advisers in the form of quotes.
  • Driving meetings and improving relationships with Advisors, by directing opportunities to the relevant Managers.
  • Help drive team success, by working within SLAs and keeping to team KPIs.


Requirements
  • Prior experience working in Sales Support or Client Services.
  • Excellent communication skills and good organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, remain calm and hit deadlines.
  • Confident in Microsoft Office applications and, ideally, CRM systems.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.

Working Pattern

  • Hybrid working pattern in London office, 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
